Valid for January to December 2024. 

 

Accommodation (70 Tents Available):

• A minimum of 20 tents must be booked.

• Each tent is for 2 people for 2 nights (Price recalculated for longer stay).

• Transport (within radius 250km), setup, takedown and transport back included.

• Glamping Unit – R 1400 per tent (2 people for 2 nights excluding site, venue fees).

• Non-Refundable R5000.00 deposit will secure the date of the event (deducted from total Invoice).

 

Complimentary Braai Areas - Wood included (100 pieces).

 

Complimentary Coffee Station (Coffee, Tea and Milk):

• Coffee Cups, Glasses, Cutlery and Plates.

• Fridge freezer included.

• Microwave (if catering included).

• Make-Up station can be added.

 

Complimentary Cleaning fee - Cleaning of all the provided dishes at the coffee station and braai area every morning,

 

Site, Venue fees – Excluded (Suggestions can be made if no location identified yet).
